Women's Fitness

16 years and older 

We know working out can be intemidating. Please feel free to reach out with any questions before registering. This is a women's only fitness class for every body type, age, and fitness level! A positive and encouraging atmpsphere allowing individual to workout at their own pace and get maximum results. 


Classes offered Monday mornings at 8am and Thursday evening at 7pm.

$25 per month or $10 class drop ins.
