RVE is owned and operated by Kortlind Baker Johnson. Kortlind has over 20 years of cheer and gymnastic experience. Kortlind started cheering as a four year old and continued through college. Her senior year of college at UCA, Kortlind's team won a National Championship. After graduation Kortlind returned to UCA where she served as Spirit Coordinator and Head Cheerleading Coach for 9 years.

Kortlind has always had a heart for people and a desire to do Gods will. When opening a gym was brought into conversation it was no question the gym would be located in her home town of Atkins. Kortlind wanted to give back and better the community where she grew up. She wanted to provide a place for kids to go and get involved in something positive.

RVE was built on Kortlind's passion for cheer, her love for people, and her desire to do Gods will. RVE is more than a gym, its a ministry and it's a way to better the community.
